SPRKIX
A deep pro-wrestling booking simulator that turns the complexity of running a promotion into a focused, responsive management experience.
The brief
A wrestling promotion is a web of connected decisions: talent morale, contracts, booking, finances, championships, development, media, and long-term growth. The challenge was presenting that depth without making the game feel like a spreadsheet.
Our approach
We shaped the simulator around a persistent command centre, clear daily priorities, rapid navigation, and consistent visual systems for status, hierarchy, risk, and progression across every management screen.
The outcome
A cohesive management game interface capable of supporting a large simulation while keeping the player's next decision visible and understandable.
Case study
SPRKIX is a pro-wrestling booking and promotion management simulator. Players build a roster, book matches and storylines, manage finances and morale, develop future talent, oversee championships, and grow their company through an evolving wrestling world.
The Design ChallengeManagement games become compelling through depth, but that same depth can make them difficult to read and slow to operate. SPRKIX needed to expose a large interconnected simulation without burying the player in menus or losing the drama of running a wrestling promotion.
A Command Centre for the PlayerWe organised the experience around a persistent headquarters. The dashboard surfaces the next show, urgent office tasks, financial position, roster health, popularity, and recent changes in one place. A global ticker and time controls keep the wider game world moving while making the next required action obvious.
Information ArchitectureThe navigation groups the simulation into clear operating areas: headquarters, talent and roster, shows and booking, media and industry, and system controls. Dense screens use repeatable patterns for filters, tabs, status chips, rankings, attributes, and actions so players can move from roster planning to title management without relearning the interface.
Systems with CharacterThe visual language combines a restrained dark control-room interface with sharp amber highlights, promotion branding, and richly presented championship imagery. It gives operational screens clarity while preserving the spectacle and personality that wrestling games need.
Built for Simulation DepthThe interface is designed to accommodate interconnected systems including push hierarchy, alignment, skills, popularity, morale, salaries, championships, developmental territories, tours, broadcasting, sponsorships, and promotion rankings. Contextual actions and persistent search reduce friction as the player's roster and responsibilities grow.
What the Project DemonstratesSPRKIX demonstrates how Shro Web approaches complex digital products: define the information architecture, make dense data scannable, establish reusable interaction patterns, and give the finished experience a distinct identity. The result is a serious management tool that still feels unmistakably like a game.
